Join a young, ambitious engineering institute at a defining moment.
Elliniki Engineering Academy is a new institution, and that means real opportunity. Six months in, we are still actively building our founding faculty and core administrative team. Joining us means joining the people who will shape this institution for the long term.
We are committed to being an excellent place to work. Faculty members receive nine-month contracts with paid summer research months, a competitive Athens-region salary, full Greek social-security and supplementary private health cover, and an annual personal research budget. Administrative staff receive 14 salary-months a year (per Greek practice), 25 days of paid leave, and a hybrid working policy after the first six months in role.
